My mother is scuppering my sitting on a sofa not able to exercise & need to eat well plans by bringing me a Greggs chicken bake. I’ll deal with it on the other side.

GG you may find that due to your body repairing that your metabolism is higher than normal anyway

It’s part of the reason why you are so tired
