I tried buying some merino underwear/vests from them this morning but I cannot put my complete address in so aborted the order. It is really odd: we have no house numbers or streets here. It is house name, village, postcode. This is a Herefordshire postcode. Actual Hereford city is 27 miles away!!! I have since had THREE reminder emails to complete my order ffs!!! I don't want to buy something and put in an address that I know won't work... As in house name, Hereford, postcode...

They didn't have it in store, which I would have preferred because their nearest store is quite close to here. The online service was pretty good but I don't have the issues with address details that you have. Sounds frustrating for you.
