We were dressing up then we weren’t…. Now we are again. I don’t want to spend fortunes on fancy dress and thought heck 80’s I was in leggings, neon and back combed hair. I’ve got a rainbow tutu from a race, a choose life tshirt from another race. Thinking of getting some bright leggings or do I go black leggings (if which I have many) and go neon leg warmers with heels? Or skinny leg jeans & doc martins? I have found some black pac man leggings on Amazon that I at least would wear again. My other thought was fishnet I’ve found some footless tights/leggings but I think the tutu will be scratchy.
