Always felt the cold and tolerated heat really well, but I think it got worse after the menopause. I am clad head to toe in merino more or less 365 days a year!!!

Fragile Do Not Bend
I spent so long wearing Lycra nearly every day, that I’ve started wearing more normal clothes for days out that don’t involve a long walk. I’ve started buying coloured tights, so I needed a few dresses and skirts to wear with them…

I dont wear so many dresses and skirts although I bought a new dress last week and it was really nice with thick tights and ankle boots although I think it was a summer dress and reduced in the sale - short sleeves so will do for Christmas day also.

Only wear active wear when I'm doing activities! Even WFH I wore normal clothes. Now back in the office so can wear smart clothes even though the dress code has been relaxed and jeans are now acceptable.

I find jeans uncomfortable these days, usually live in walking trousers or lycra and quite often one over the other when it’s cold

And another case of writing a post then not posting it. You’ve all been chatty.
So work days is as above but jeans and a top if I leave the house.
Very interesting to read your comment LG, I’ve always felt the cold much prefer warm weather, but I’ve noticeably felt colder of late & I could probably attribute that to post Covid too. My first symptom was shivering and not getting warm no matter how many layers, the booster symptoms was exactly the same shivering & headaches.

Actually, come to think of it, I don't think I have been warm since I had Covid, beginning of March 2020.

AFAIK I haven’t had COVID, but I feel the cold a lot more than I ever used to - I thought it was me getting old
