I would imagine so, Pix. My wardrobe has completely changed since I left teaching and Mr Ness did comment today about the fact that Sunday’s are the only days of the week where I don’t wear a sports bra and sports gear! 😂😜

Haha. I suppose I’m different as I have to wear ‘proper’ clothes for work.

I love my LLL shorts. Only criticism I have is they are quite a thick material so I am sweating a bit more in them so will have to purchase wicker knickers 😂😂🤦‍♀️

I did wonder if proper running pants were worth considering. Anyone bought “runderwear”?

Shondo my running chum feels a big difference in wearing them. I think I will purchase a pair to try

I found that runderwear shrunk after a few washes - and no, it's not me before anyone comments :-p

That’s useful to know, both. Thanks. Will be able to pop into Decathlon next week. Will take a look.

I got a pack of cheap and simple briefs from Asda for times when I don't want to go commando, which is usually because I want to wear the same shorts or leggings for more than one outing. A dozen or so pairs for the same price as one Runderwear.

I tried runderwear (the shorts-style ones) and wasn't that impressed - they seemed cut to fit a very flat backside, had massive vpl despite saying there would be none, and then one side of the gusset dug in during a race leaving a sore, which fortunately I didn't feel until afterwards. Wasn't really sure what benefit they offered that I wouldn't get from a pair of my usual comfy undies. But I've heard other people swear by them.
