I’m normally either a large or an XL depending on brand and wear large in Sturdies. For the winter material some people say to size up but I wear large in winter ones too - the XL were too baggy on me.

You do often need to do the 'Sturdy wiggle' to get into them, but once they're on, they're comfy ☺️
