Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hope it’s the start of something good ElDuderino and the injuries and illness become a distant memory

swittle I would imagine it does.
You download the app and then a database of birds depending on what area of the world you are using it in (you can download every area I think but I just did UK£

Nice hill sprint session as part of a 6 mile plus run.

10.15pm Thur. Clear sky, mild, E breeze, tide on the turn - rather like me, now I come to think about it. ;)

Trails to the docks & beside the Marina, then flat, firm beach past the baths, where I took the prom and trail by the bike path. 64 min.

3 mile warm up to access road on Rother valley

6x 1k efforts with recovery to HR <145 aiming for sub 4 min/k each effort

Did this for all affords apart from number 1 (finding pace) 5 which included the sharp turns at the end of Parkrun course.
Legs felt good so decided as it was cool and the weather for Sunday when I could do my long run was going to be very hot that I would extend the route home to make run about 15 miles. Did rest of run to long run HR.
Felt a good but challenging at times run. Felt good at the end and that I could have run further.

However sometimes on a run you have to stop and look. Has I went up the hill from Derbyshire to Yorkshire I had a great welcome to gods country

Hot! Scheduling issues meant I was running at lunchtime on what looks like being the hottest day of the year so far. Hot and sweaty but absolutely wonderful to be out there running.

Easy 5k no need to push it, went out hot part of the day but tomorrow I’ll be out in it all day so it was a case of gauging and thinking of my plan
