Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

23-25 deg for me today and somehow did 4 miles when plan was 3 when I left the house. Nice enough and just wish the breeze would have stopped disappearing.

Mine was hot too, and I wasn't fully recovered, so I kept it to half an hour with a bike ride each end. When I got home the shade temp was 32C.

went out at 6.30am for 4k, which is probably some kind of record for someone allergic to mornings. 13 degrees at the beach even then....

10.15pm y'day. Detour by the boating lake round a fair supporting a campaign to stop a road being driven through Rimrose Valley. fetcheveryone.com/blog/16879/2023/6/468187
Unwise route choice, even tho' I knew when high tide was :( When the sand wasn't soft & shifting, it was ridged and uneven. Better down the prom and beside the cycle track for the last mile. An even hour.

3 miles and a bit. Fairly easy as knees were a bit sore at start from weekends WHW support running.
