Hi 4 miles this morning - nothing to report.

Laughed at swittle encounter with the polish swimmer

7mi this morning to get some WSW squares as I’m trying for 150 this week, pleasant morning, off up Blencathra after work as it’s been one of those days and the peak marker is a circle - treasure hunt bling and Conquercise wins!!

Longest run in about 2 years this morning, a hilly 19.5k in the wind and rain. Loved it.

Conditions were good but only managed 5.5 miles as legs felt tired. Was hoping for a few more but not worth pushing myself too hard at present.

(Yesterday evening) Hard work. My first run with a companion for fifteen weeks. A combination of some hilly bits, the humidity, and lack of regular running meant that it seemed a very long four miles.
But so good to run with company again.

6.50 miler completed by 7am and 3.14 miles completed walk with the children, so 9 miler in total, happy 😊
