It's not the cold that stops me running, but the underfoot conditions. I can't run on ice!

i gauge it by how bad my wheezing is as i get cold weather asthma - that said i had no problems today when i ran at a really slow pace - and it was cold!!

I've got what doc called exercise-induced asthma. But told if I cover mouth/nose for first couple of miles I'd be ok & it does seem to work as wasn't chesty & coughing at all after. Don't know how cold today but definitely minus temp. Probably helped I ran super slow too

I went out running in the permafrost of a couple of winters ago when it was -13 C.
Though I did wonder if it might be getting just a little cold for shorts.

Did 9 miles in the snow yesterday. Temp was around 0c and I didn't consider it too cold to run, I just wrapped up well.
But running on snow is knackering! I was suppposed to be doing 14 miles but cut it short as I was getting slower and slower.
So, not too cold to run but too snowy.

I love running in the cold but getting out the door is a bigger challenge than anything else!
