Yes that's the problem my old 3iiii one I soaked for 5 mins apart from the first mile where it went to 98% it was 72-77% first half and 80-84% second half race spot on with what it should be. Now if I could find a way of soaking the other lol |

Nice progress across all HR ranges there SSLP - Did the runs (that you remember) feel of a similar effort level at each HR band (to the last time you did them)? I've found as the pace increases I have to work harder to get into the higher HR bands. I guess that is just progression, but to me effort levels don't always have a direct read across to HR - has anyone else experiemnced this? |

I would agree. Effort felt the same really except for the higher heart rate (160), and I could tell the pace was faster
