Best estimate for max hr is 196. Thought it might be of interest? Apologies for poor format. Great run yesterday Nelly. Congratulations again! |

I'm looking to follow P&D schedule which is quite heavily based on base ! plus every other week some Tempo at HMP. What MHR% do you think that will link to ? |

Thanks Nelly, very good pacing and effort all the way round and, I think, the HR figures reflecting that for a well trained runner. Couple more questions - was there a sprint finish and what was your max HR? |

Fantastic running NN, your HR says you awem to have got the most out of yourself Dvorak, the last 0.18mile average was at 6:05/m and that was 184 bpm avg, with a peak at 186 bpm. |

To be brutally honest I think it shows I lost concentration between miles 6 and 9. Lacked the confidence to push slightly harder in that section.

http://www.fetcheveryone.com/training-log-view.php?id=13084214 Hi all, I'd be grateful for some feedback on last Sunday's Abingdon Marathon stats, My max hr is probably calculated too high but I've not retested for a few years. I started to fade around 15 miles (legs were knackered) but as I got slower my hr went down. I'd welcome your thoughts on this. |

You data is locked but From personal experience , legs went possibly caused by carbon depletion so basically you went bang. HR drops quite simple because you are too tired to push the effort. |

Thanks Gobi that makes sense. I thought my data was public? Any idea how I unlock it? |
