No running for me this weekend. My village is completely cut off by floods, fallen trees and landslides

There was that Chinese man who ran round and round in his house. I think a full marathon of loops

If I could find somewhere flat I'd do that, but I live on the side of a very steep hill so don't fancy a 20mile hill rep session! Everywhere flat is under water

that sounds bad hope water clears soon. managed 17m on sat running out in north cheshire countryside. beautiful but brutal weather. strong winds and rain. hoping this is worst have to face in next month. delighted to get under belt. creep up to 20m next.

The rain stopped and the river went down enough so that I could drive somewhere flat. Managed to get in an unexpected cheeky 20 miler in the end

I think they've got bigger issues with it in the far East than is (currently) likely to affect the UK, but the way this year is going you never know!! I'd like to hope that by April this year the UK isn't in some kind of mass quarantine!

Hi guys, hope all the training is going well. 20 miles for me today. Blustery in places but not too bad. I have a Garmin question. I have just moved from a Forerunner 910xt (the one you can land a helicopter on) to a 45 and I’m trying to get it set up as closely as possible to my old one. In short, is there anyway I can set the 45 up as per PTB’s blogpost here (Scroll down to “Foolproof garmin set up for racing). fetcheveryone.com/blog/2734 I can’t seem to find “pace average lap” or whatever it should be in the pace options on the 45. And it rounds up current lap pace to the nearest 5 seconds which, over the course of a marathon could add up!! Any help/advice much appreciated 😃 |

On my 645 it’s average lap time.
