Sorry to hear that you've not being doing any running recently, hope that's through choice ( like PtB - he hasn't run in over a year !!! ) rather than injury. No GMM for me, but I did start following this thread at some point last year as it's the one I would have done if I had been looking for a mara. Hope you have a good day at GMM if you do decide to jog around

I can't blame my lack of running on an injury, just a combination of change in circumstances and cba. Looking at my Watch List, I have 765 missed posts on the sub 3:15 thread, although I think I unsuccessfully tried to catch-up on that thread 2-3months ago!
