Stevie Wonder yesterday at Hyde Park. Phoned it in a little bit but he can be forgiven as a bona ride living legend.

Good haul there Jeff. I saw Frank Turner last Wednesday and am seeing him again on Sunday at Folk in the oak. Girlpool in Cambridge on Wednesday. Then nothing until Pup in August followed by Victorious festival. |

Was it McGoo who saw Inhaler at a festival recently? They're playing the Cluny and I'm contemplating getting tickets. I like the sound of what they've released so far, but I'm a bit worried I'd be so obviously a "I'm a big fan of your dad's band" to go.

Godiva free festival at the weekend. Disappointed in the Twang, missed Reef while hunting food, Dodgy lived up to their name, but the two headliners - The Levellers & Feeder - were both excellent. It all got out of hand in the drunken kiddie tent (sorry rhythm tent) and all I can say is Jay1 is an utter arse. He thought he should be headlining main stage - he was only 3rd on the lineup and his tour generally plays in broom cupboards. coventrytelegraph.net |
