JEB
Warrington Runcorn New Town Development Plan at Sheaf Street in Leeds last night. Hard to describe, he uses 'music for a broken concrete utopia' . It was urban planning and social housing set to music. Absolutely brilliant both sound and visually.
Also got English Teacher next week Joopsy, but at the Brudenell.

They were very good - supported by the Utopiates (first on) and Emmur (main support). Wouldn't rush back for the latter but the Utopiates were decent. The Pigeons were excellent live, as ever.

(I think in fairness to Emmur, I'm just not their audience, it's not that they weren't doing good things).

I have a spare Suede ticket, Portsmouth, 11 Dec if anyone’s interested. £50 ideally (face value). My brother’s pulled out. I’ll put on Suede groups in next few days - I’m sure it’ll go.

Ben Folds last night in Manchester, utterly glorious. Strange being sat at a gig but it meant no photography at all which was nice!
