No tips really. It's kind of just happened. I usually do have the constantly starving thing when working and in full training and find it hard to lose weight and crave sugar, but I'm not getting that at the moment. I have the odd starving day where I eat 3 cakes but not every day. I'm sure the main thing that makes me overeat is work stress which I don't have at the moment so that's helping. Also Oliver sleeps fairly well now, the days I don't get much sleep I'm loads more hungry.

Found the swim the hardest but once I was nearly finished on the bike and onto the run I loved it.

Parkrun 2 minutes quicker today than 6 weeks ago, 25.41 :-) Pelvic and back pain improved a fair bit in the last week. Still reminded me of it's presence when I had any ideas of trying to speed up, but I never reduced me to a walk like it was doing a couple of weeks ago.

Running as a Mummy feels odd and I can't quite put my finger on why. I thought I would need it so much more to retain some sense of my old identity but I feel that I need it less than before to be happy. I still have ambitions but they feel more orientated towards new running experiences, and being a healthy role model to my little boy, rather than getting times and places. At this stage I am thinking some different Parkruns and races of unusual distances so I'm not as focused on chasing pb's. Then longer term when I have time to get the bike and swimming miles back in would love to do a half ironman.
