I don't think you can see the HRV data directly, can you? So there will be know way of knowing if it's bad. The recovery metrics aren't directly related to the training effort, just the amount of "stress" the heart is suffering, and while the two are usually roughly proportional they don't have to be.

Runalyze does show the HRV data from Garmins. Don't know anywhere else that does.

I don't see it from the WHR on my logs?
I think I used to get it there from the chest trap, but also used to get that in Sporttracks too. One day I'll find one log that does everything...

HRV is definitely in Runalyze. You might just need to turn it on in the dataset.

Mine works fine TBH. It doesn't say you shouldn't train till it hits 0 either.
