Jelly, I found out there are a few clusters of gems sprouting on the fringes of my longer bike rides. Clearly abandoned, as bugs keep sprouting too... I have been known to park the car when going to Hereford, then walk equipped with phone, so I can see where the gems are, and puck up decent points. No traffic lights though. Do they only sprout where circles overlap or something? |

I’m not sure where traffic lights appear! This is what the nearest local town looks like Hanneke! |

I'd be very tempted to scoop up some of those rubies and diamonds away from the traffic lights when next in town

Would it be worth spending a week or two planting flowers in your home circle area (by temporarily moving the home circle away) before starting a 30-day assault on a big total? I think the flowers would still be there when you moved your home circle back to its default location and you would be able to earn *extra* flower points from them once the campaign started. |

Try it and report back, Synge Ha! Thanks for the invitation, Raptors claws are coming to town ! I'm not planning another FetchPoint campaign until sometime in 2022, but I have just test-moved my circle to our local parkrun location, where I seem to have been cultivating a few flowers, and they are still there. I guess I'll have to go and water them on Saturday and see if they grow while in the circle ... |

They would not grow in the circle but you will cultivate flowers in your old home zone. You will pick them/steal them when you run through them I reckon...

I can confirm that if you plant flowers and then place your circle over those flowers they do remain and can be watered until they're either harvested or picked by another player. I move my circle for a few days when I visit my parents and eL Bee! can plant flowers in the part of my "home" circle that doesn't overlap with his during that time. The downside is that if your circle is full of flowers there are less points for other Fetchpoint markers to land so you might get fewer jewels and frisbees.
