Unless it became a full time job and one was inclined to cycle the same 60 mile loop over and over again???

I think one way for me to push my score up would be to run through the nearest town! I’ve never seen so many gems, although I’m going to need to plan a route avoiding traffic lights if I do that! Sometimes I don’t feel like I’ve got enough gems to get a decent score!

J if you look at the leaderboard, 10 of the top 20 have 0 density, meaning they too don't have overlapping neighbours (who would generate gems if I understand it correctly).

Flowers survive for 6 weeks, 42 days, if you keep them watered. Then they get harvested and you get their points (the flower-with-no-description score which appears in "Your Activity" in the morning). fetcheveryone.com/game-fetchpoint-guide.php

I've never quite figured out how to cultivate a field of flowers with other players in close vicinity. Need to find some streets where I'm the only person who goes there. If I did a circular route several times in one outing would I keep planting flowers, even if I'm going down the same roads over and over again? Does that make sense...?

I’m pretty sure it does sallykate when I ran a track race at the end of October I think all I did was plant flowers around the track!

sallykate, yes you would keep planting flowers on several laps of the same circular route, provided that the circular route distance isn't multiples of half miles, so that each half mile comes at a different place on the route. If a flower marker is already there at a half mile point a new one will not be planted. That is why it is recommended that one starts activities from slightly different points each time, otherwise the half miles fall in the same places each time and no new flowers are planted. |
