I re-joined at the start of February to make me get out when the weather is grotty. I haven't got my 30 day bug-bashing badge yet so I've got that as an incentive. Today is day 18.

Takes some proper dedication, that. I have got to 20 and about 15, then something gets in the way (like a run with someone else where you can't say, look, we are just popping down this random blind alley and back so that I can squash a giant imaginary bug that you can't see)

Dealing with our Fetchpoint bugs, or "herding our sheep", has become a thing that makes eL Bee! and me get out of the house. Sometimes it's a second outing in the day, but sorting out the bugs is essential animal care.
I'm not sure whether to move my circle to the place I'm going for the next three days. At worst, I'll lose three bug bonuses if I leave it where it is, and will have the consolation of being able to plant lots of flowers because the nearest player is a few miles away.

I use the red bugs as my random route planning for each day - also trying to get to the 30 day badge but keep having glitches, technological and human navigational!

I use fetchpoint as another incentive to keep my running streak going. I'm on day 108 of bug squashing. However the only other player anywhere near me is becca7 so I don't get much chance of other points.

I found getting 30 bug bonuses straightforward once I'd cleared the backlog (took several days) and stopped wondering whether Fetch tracking reports of unreachable bugs was more intimidating than the prospect of getting shot or hedgehogged trying to get said bugs.
