westmoors Aug 2017 7:10am, 4 Aug 2017 1,946 posts	Quote Pin westmoors NJ, the first day after planting or watering there is a 1 in 7 chance of further watering, 2 days its 2 in 7 etc. So I'm guessing yesterday all the flowers you passed had been planted/watered at least 7 days ago giving you a 7 in 7 chance of watering. Today each flower had a 1 in 7 chance.
