Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

These are actually planted in their own circle.

Perhaps they moved their home circle after having run there previously?

Could be caused by an automatic upload from Garmin. The user hasn't been logged in, but their data is still coming across.

What do people do when they go on holiday? Move their home circle? Leave the bugs to mount up for 2 weeks? Leave the game and restart when back home?
I'm not sure what to do next week. If I move my home circle to where we're going, about 5 6ths of it will be inaccessible as in the sea. Ponders. Ponders.

If going for more than a couple of days then I generally move my circle. I base the decision on three questions of myself.

Are you planning to do any running while you're away?

Are the bugs likely to get infected by others if left at home?

Would having a couple of bugs to squish encourage you to run - or to explore further from the beach than you'd normally go? Or would looking at the map create an artificial pressure that you don't need?

If the answer to the first two is yes then I reckon it's worth moving - so long as the answer to the third comes down on the positive side. It's easy to mark the inaccessible ones and have them move to somewhere you can get at them.

We spend all day walking over the islands, so I'll probably move it

Hells Bells, you could move your homepoint to a mile inland from where you are staying so that nothing spawns in the sea

We're in the Scillies - everywhere is tiny, a mile inland is on the opposite coast :-)

Just mark inaccessible ( in the sea) stuff as in accessible.

In the old game I didn't move home but since the revamp I think it's much more worth moving
