Just the 1lb down this week. Would have been better but a visit to my parents this weekend and biscuits and fresh scones were too tempting! Still my weekly parkrun barometer is seeing slightly faster times and I have barely been doing any other exercise so I think that is weight loss driven

Same here Snail, I wish I had taken the waist measurement when I started this quest in December last year. How I wish to have a 38in waist, maybe that is a good target for year end. Well done on the lb, every little bit helps.

I measured myself this morning: Chest 40in Waist 42in I've been wearing 38" waist trousers for a few years. This might might explain why they've been feeling a bit 'tight' just lately!

I thought I ought to take some photos as 'evidence' of how I currently look. Hopefully I'll be able to emulate Gymfreak and see a difference in photos I take in a few month's time ..

Pam runs
Mixing it up this week with Boxing type you tube videos. š„ I've found out I have total lack of coordination and can't follow simple 1 2 1 2 moves. It got me moving about even if it was different moves.
Might be a bit sore tomorrow. š¬

It was u3a country dancing yesterday and some faster dances for a change, which involved skipping around rather than fairly sedate walking - my knees are complaining a bit today! And a bit like Pam, co-ordination was a problem at times.
However, I did manage a 3ml walk this morning. The pace was a bit faster than my usual so to be honest, I'm not totally convinced the gps was having a funny half hour.
