Happy’s better than wanting to cry, LG
I decided (you know how you do) towards the end of the day that just one cup of tea with milk wouldn’t break the bank after sticking to plan all day. Then I remembered I’d actually get fewer carbs by having a coffee with cream, so I did. Then quite late on I was actually feeling quite hungry and olives alone weren’t going to do it. So I had a chunk of cheese. Not massive cheats, and I certainly has less carbs than on my recent Medium days, and my blood glucose levels like that.
Anyhow - a Medium day today, which means milk in my tea and berries for pudding!

A Moderate day does allow small amounts of grains - and they are in there really for those social eating situations when it’s difficult to entirely avoid them. The only savouries available at yesterday’s funeral do were sandwiches. I had three, i.e. 1.5 slices of bread, which was about the least I could get away with given how hungry I was. And I resisted the many and delicious forms of cake [polishes halo]. In every other respect, I adhered to Moderate Day rules.
Zero weight change yesterday.... after a measly 0.2lb off from me strict day.... and I am beginning to wonder if this isn’t a weight maintenance regime rather than weight loss, as at this rate I will be lucky to report a STS on Saturday.
However, as previously noted, weight maintenance is a positive for me. Within 2Lb of IGW, so a Moderate day today. I would go Strict, but I’ve got another funeral today, and the chances of finding something appropriate there are close to zero.

Well done for resisting the Small victories
I was having my own small victory day yesterday until a 3am binge on chocolate biscuits, rice cakes and ice cream. Why do I do it to myself?

Accountability Post. Yesterday.... oh dear.... did OK at the buffet and resisted cake, but on the way back (stressful motorway drive) I stopped to get a coffee, and ended up with a bag of pick ‘n’ mix. You can guess the rest.
So, today I am more than 2lb over goal weight, and feel horribly bloated. It should be a Strict day, but I couldn’t face it without some milk in my tea. Day off, so temptations abound.
Since I got my new running watch, I haven’t been running... or even walking.... and have done fewer and fewer steps each day. It also tells me I was very stressed yesterday. You think?

Oh dear Rev, never mind. Just have a 'sensible' day, milk in tea is fine.
I must run. I've just sat here for nearly two hours procrastinating and shouting at Lush on Facebook.
