Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Started healthy eating properly on Tuesday and had my usual weight in today. I'm 1.5lbs down. Spreadsheet updated. Food has been okay but i'm struggling to stick to my exercise routine. Going to try and motivate myself to do a long run tomorrow......

I think Ive updated the spreadsheet ok.

I've lost 3lbs this week, which isn't unexpected as the switch from being at home eating and going back to work along with no snacking apart from a couple of pieces of fruit.

I'm an IT trainer so had several sessions to teach this week where I can't eat and more next week:-)

Long run day today- 12-13 miles so should help with my goal.

I can't update the spread sheet on the iPad but I have been ill this week too and have lost 1.5kg. I wasn't actually sick but fevery and have been drinking far more liquids than usual which probably helped!

Hope all of you who've been poorly are over all your various lurgies now and that the weight losses stay off!!

Well done on the 3lb Girlie - being back in your normal routine must be helping!

Must weigh self! Couldn't face taking my boots off in Boots yesterday. Ha!

Feel better for being a bit more control though haven't been massively good.

Kwala- it is, although I do telephone support every 3 weeks which I don't like and struggle to cope with, which in turn makes it a flash point for seeking refuge in the office bicky tin!

I've tasked a couple of co-workers to make sure I keep out of it and focused in 2 weeks time!
