Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Hi FERCers đź‘‹
Nice to see a few of you here.

I'm really pleased about the virtual Fetch races, think it is a great idea to have these every week while we're in "these unusual times".

I decided to just do the one and right now I'm down to do the mile this Sunday as I've never done anything even slightly race-ish for that distance, but I might change my mind. My thinking was that I'd do a longish slowish run on Sunday and doing the mile was the only one I could fit in with that.

Hello folks...first time I've been in the right place at the right time, though off to bed shortly so I can get up for an earliest run.

Oooh.

Do you think we'll look back on this and ask our each other "where were you when the FERC thread made it to 1000 pages?" ;-)

(Also: wonders what Garfield means by *earliest* run :-o )

I did a tempo run yesterday - it was hard work! Just over 6km but I really had to push to get any speed. Legs were heavy. I guess a product of the steady miles I’ve been doing.

A more sedate 12km today. Three bug clears in a row. Going to see if I can get the 30 day badge. Will pick up streak badges on the way as currently the only one I’ve got the the amoeba 2 day badge :-)

Fair bet the answer would be “probably wondering how on earth it’s Tuesday again” :-)
