Not sure whether you were talking to me, Kate, but you asked to be reminded about asking youngest about dumbells. So, here's your timely reminder.

Thank you for your company on my run this morning. Still got a bit more to listen to tomorrow. Loved the bee event. Can’t believe there hasn’t been a Katiebee comment yet.

The Scribbler
You kept me company on my second Project Joker interval session this morning. I loved hearing about the bees and it's always good to hear from LindsD. It was a bit strange to hear myself as I was walking along the same bit of beach. I could definitely do a regular 'Scribbler walks along the beach and talks about stuff' slot in the style of a Paul Whitehouse character from the Fast Show |

Nellers
I just finished the podcast as I finished my breakfast and logged on to start my working (from home) day. The first email I opened related to a customer called Mr Beebee. This can't be coincidence. How are the pair of you manipulating the fabric of space-time to cause these things to happen?;-)

I've only got as far as the bees, wow, I'd have loved to have seen that. Lol at Nellers. That sounds like a great idea Scribbler. |

Loved the bee story; loved Linds' and Scribbler's contributions; loved the banter. Keep it coming!

Just back from my run and the podcast was just about the perfect length... I only had half a mile left by the time it finished 😊 As a 'beelady' myself I loved hearing about the swarm, they are wonderful creatures and I've blogged about our bees before but this has prompted me to write another blog because we've had a really successful swarm season. So I'll do that later 🐝🐝 I had a skipping question after last week's podcast but I think I either missed the answer or it got buried in the thread. It was about how to skip with single jumps than double jumps. I've never been able to single jump. You possibly answered it today though when you said that spinning the rope comes more from the wrist, which I guess would spin it faster. And a big yes to the down days Katie. I'm just coming out of another couple. Some days I can't speak for getting choked up. But I think I've said it before that it would be a whole lot worse if I didn't have this lovely place to pop in to. |

Just listened and yes Katie I have the occasional day when everything just overwhelms me but I'm usually fine by the next day. I'm another Zoom convert Friday at 1pm for pilates with my usual girl Tracy. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.15 am for PT sessions with one of the coaches from my gym. I just love them as you get the interaction with the rest of the group and it makes you work much harder than just doing it on your own. Most of us at the gym use MyZone belts so the coaches can check up on our effort as well as correcting technique during the session. |
