Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

It's quite hard with just stop watches isn't it - do you just hit 'split' each time a runner comes over - all a bit complicated

I think it would be a shame for it not to be timed. I'm all for keeping it as relaxed as possible, but timing would make it more bonafide (particularly if we've got the big boys like Nike there).

I'm happy to time any "heats" I'm not in. It'll be straightforward with two people.

I quite like the idea of having it timed somehow because I'm always forgetting to press stop until a while after I finish and in a race this short it'll make a big difference. And I'm very happy to help with timing in the ones I'm not in as long as someone who knows what they're doing gives me some idiotproof instructions.

I will make a chart or something we can record the times on if Gobi doesn't bring one with his many stopwatches. :)
I don't think I have a clipboard tho. Doh!

Awaiting the medals for the kiddies, ordered 10 as there's not many doing it anymore. :)

I intend to come and spectate, and because Gobi said he would buy me a pint afterwards.

I have some experience of timekeeping and am willing to help.

If you are going to have semi-official time keeping, will you all be wearing numbers? Otherwise it's near impossible.

If you do have numbers you can record results with four people.

One shouting times
One recording times
One spotting numbers
One recording numbers

Times + numbers are then paired up to give results.
