I'm sure my weekend will involve WCTT or BPTT + a mile and either a Sundat race or a long run.
The flames of evil have work to do
For those interested I have loaded a few new pictures

BB
what order did you plan to run everyone in, if the quicks go first I can then do pacing services for others as I am sure JEJ could no matter when we run.

ps. Bob is 100% confirmed now so I am running at least 2 miles

I was thinking of slowest first, Gobi. But completely open to suggestions. Do people really need pacers for a mile?

I thought fastest 1st too, not that it matters.

No worries - fastest first it is!
MP - probably do more than that. Up to 15 isn't a silly number. If we get 50 of us then prob 4 runs

We'll just think look at numbers the day before and cut it however's best.
I was assuming everyone would bring a stopwatch and do their own timing.... getting a timing machine could be a bit of a pain
