The piano teacher I had who saw me through to get into uni had me doing Hanon and then 3 keys every week...to play scales (major, minors) arpeggios of everything (major, minor, dominant 7th, dim 7th), solid and broken chords starting on those notes - so C, C#, D one week, then worked our way through the rest chromatically. Had to nail everything...she was a tough lady but thorough and good teacher. 2 octaves for the earlier years, then 4 octaves.
Hello musicians. There's a comment on the video (on Youtube) that reads: "This is amazing!!! Well done guys.. Who can I speak to about using the audio on a podcast episode please?"
I don't know them, but it doesn't look like these are commercial blogs (typically about 300 views per post). Anyone got any strong feelings one way or another? Anyone mind if I say "go for it"?
