OK, I'll investigate a date and cost.
To keep it simple, I'll probably book the track for 2hrs and come up with a fee ahead of time to cover the cost for a sensible expected number and any excess can go to Ian for site upkeep.
I'll try and persuade some people from my running club and a few others too, so that we've got a good spread of people to run a number of heats.
Someone else can organise the flapjack and cayke

All non Yorkshire fetches will need to apply in writing to the Yorkshire embassy at least 2 months in advance for permission to cross the border.
Lancastrians may require a sponsor for their application.
Terms and conditions apply.

I was discussing this with a couple of my Yorkshire friends over a post-parkrun-pint on Saturday and they think I should come up for it.
So you can put me down as a maybe pending date and price info.
