I'd read the book a few years ago and tried some of the stuff, but I think seeing it, seeing how happy they were really got me.

Absolutely. Mr WA had the same reaction, which has made the whole process much easier too

Nessie
We've decided to bite the bullet and move the kids into their own rooms next weekend. They've shared since A2 was about a year old, and currently just blame one another for the mess.
Trouble is, it means hubby and I moving into the "spare" room (which was originally ours, but when the girls were small, was too far away at the other end of the house for night-time wandering). It is full of the usual "stuff" but also a dozen boxes from my mother's house when she died. I've been able to ignore it for 7 years, but I need to get it sorted.
I foresee weeks of hell while we reorganise and try to surgically remove some toys from the children.......

I hope so .B. - the house is so cluttered at the moment that it's giving me anxiety attacks.

Nessie I get like that with the panic attacks it just all gets too much for me, although I am a bugger culprit at making mess and I also have (maybe had) less willpower to get it sorted.
