We are happy to listen to your appeal! Reply to your closure notice and support will work with you to file an appeal. If you explain all that you've done they will be able to tell you whether any of it is classed as cheating and although they say that they won't reopen accounts, they may allow you to create a new one if they deem it minor/ inadvertent.
