CP is on the Black Isle, which is actually a peninsula. The Cromarty Firth is on the North side of it. CP on the Moray Firth to the South.

I’m just along the road from Chanonry point MM. Cromarty is a lovely wee village also on Black Isle. You might be able to take ferry from there to Nigg (skipping a fairly dull part of A9). Another nice little detour is to Balintore. Dornoch is also really lovely with some nice shops & cafes.

Thank you will look at tomorrow.

This evening has been a nightmare. Van was collected to go to have repairs done (needed it cold engine wise in the morning).

Got a call 20 mins after it had gone, broken down on the motorway, totally different issue, engine smoke, oil/feul leak. Only just got home after sorting recovery etc. bloody nightmare. Dread how much this is going on top of the large amount for the original repair.

Ever felt doomed?
