You probably don't want to hear this, but you'll pay a big premium for buying from Halfords in the first place. They really charge top dollar for batteries.

I know, and Iā€™m still ok with it. I reckon itā€™s going to ā€˜costā€™ me about Ā£30 to have it fitted, which Iā€™m still perfectly happy with.

Not only that, but these days don't they have to code in the type and capacity of the battery. If anything has changed I'm happy to let a garage do it.

In certain circumstances, that's certainly true. For most campervans and motor homes that's unlikely to be an issue.

Lovely drive to Robin Hoods Bay - was a bit bleak going across the Dale's and temp went down to 14 degrees. Picked up a bit but not great - will take a wander down to the bay in a bit

Where are you staying in RHB, Moo? Thatā€™s the direction weā€™d like to head next.

Savannah had her minor oil leak investigated again this morning, properly this time *rolls eyes* and a tiny crack has been found inbthe sump. They let us drive her home, but will send a low loader to collect her in a week or so once the replacement part has arrived.

This means weā€™ve had to cancel our next planned break - but another bonus of club sites is the ability to book without deposit and cancel for free, so thatā€™s something I suppose.
Bit peeved that they didnā€™t fix this the first time - I donā€™t think they believed me it was a leak and not just residue from a spillage *sighs*
But they are also replacing the damaged habā€™ door fly screen, no qā€™s asked and I have no idea whether or not we broke it or it was broken so at the moment Brownhills are in my good books.

We are staying here - not a club site, so far looks OK - booked it for closeness to the bay and just about to test that out by taking dog down for a walk - will report back later šŸ‘

Annoying about the leak, hope it is fixed when they say
