What is a titmouse? I can definitely see a bearded reedling described beautifully as a bandit. Not sure that is what a titmouse is or not though. |

You're sending me down a rabbit hole looking at scientific classifications!!!! Thank you though, you've answered the question though, and like LTTs, I see bearded tits/reedlings aren't tits either. I'm never going to look at tits again without wondering what sort of bandit they are! |

A scream/screach? of swifts whilst walking back to my car from pilates this korning heard before seen. about a dozen but they're impossible to count. Hadn't seen them in that location before |

In terms of the previous comments about a lack of swift, swallow numbers, etc, 2+ of the miles on my run tonight were along a river and across fields. I didn't notice a single fly, not one swallowed, none in my eyes, didn't waft a single one off from round my head. It wasn't exactly the most scientific of experiments, but did seem very alarming. |
