Should be lots of opportunity for skylark and mipit around Holme Moss. Wheatear, curlew, snipe (listen out for someone making ghost noises whirling a big plastic tube round their head), stonechat too

Guess what?! Cetti's!! Goldfinch in the garden regularly but not for seed-- stopped putting it out a couple of weeks ago because a rat became regular to take the fallen seen. Still Swiftless and House Martins not at their usual sites. |
