Nice patch tick, FF!
No swallow, martin or wwarbler on my patch yet - visited all the usual hotspots this week but not a sausage. on a brighter note, have woken to the sound of singing blackcap for a week or so now.
And not spring- rather than bird-related, but the tadpoles in the garden pond have hatched.

Found the missing chiffs! They’re all in Northern Exile country around Fewston and Swinsty reservoirs At least ten heard and several seen including only ten feet above us

A dozen Swallows feeding over the house this evening and Chiffchaffs singing everywhere round here today. At last it's starting to feel like spring

No bluebells here; even the wild garlic leaves are still tiny.
