Yes, it's toasty. The first 20 minutes is a bit parky, but if I remember in advance, I go down and switch the heater on before I start. I will do some pics in a blog later today, now that I've got my fancy new chair :-)

Does anyone have any idea why the calendar challenge today is a one word, obscure animal, private blog?! I'm intrigued.

Obviously the Fetchmeister himself will know. Anyon else? Class? Anyone? Bueller? :-) G

to highlight that we can make private blog posts

the fact that no one will be able to see/comment them proves that they are private
so shows what the site offers

Makes sense Pix. Thanks. I've often used Private. I use it for my own notes, musings, drafts which I might then make public etc. Notes have included blood pressure readings and other health logs, musings have included work hassles and various personal doubts, and drafts that have never seen the light of day include poetry (!), song lyrics and other such dross!

I'm very glad of the "Private" feature on blogs, but not as glad as the darling reader would be! :-) G

But if Fetch can see which animal we've written, he's also got a load of blackmail material :-O

I have always assumed with private blogging that anything written on the interweb is never truly secret and if there is something you don't want someone to see then don't write it down in the first place! I don't mind if someone sees that I have written the most obscure animal I could think of though and I won't be paying anyone any bit coins if they want to send the name of said animal to everyone in my contacts :-o Having said that I am sure Mr Fetch isn't the blackmailing sort.

Here's a question (which may be ever-so-slightly relevant to the answer I first thought of today):

Are birds animals?
