Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

I saw quite a lot of the Lake District today on the Fred Whitton! We're up here all week but the next few days might not involve anything too strenuous...

You’ve earned a rest. I’ll never forget trying to walk downstairs the morning after my BG. I did manage to get to the Dog and Gun later mind

Northern Exile As a follow up to your charity donation, I saw the Calvert Trust with a group of children enjoying the fantastic weather out on Dodd on Saturday.

+1 Wainwright please. Glaramara yesterday.
Did an out and back from the Great Langdale campsite over Allen Crags (which was one of the first I did when I started logging properly). Which got me two ascents of Allen Crags.
I forgot how much of a pain the descent down Rossett Ghyll is.

The original plan had been a few more but the 24 hours of rain from Monday evening altered our plans.

Back next week 😀

Back up this weekend again, but on a me&mrs weekend away so we'll get a walk in but not a monster.

+4 for me. 3 repeats, Helm Crag (including the climb), Gibson Knott and Calf Crag. Currently on a genuine new one of Tarn Crag. Not bad considering I left Coventry at 06:45 this morning.
