Oh very good! I saw something on twitter recently that said pringles lids fit Gu pudding ramekins so I went out and bought both. They don’t. 🙄

I just invented a new sandwich - Mincemeat and cheese.
A generous spread of mince pie filling with slices of Wensleydale. Slightly festive and a bit like having the Northern delicacy Christmas cake and Wensleydale (or at a push Lancashire if you're a bit daft).

That sounds quite good, Groundhog I wonder if shoving a slice of Wensleydale into a mince pie would do the same job.

Do people put tins in the fridge when they've opened them??? I NEVER do! Contents always get decanted into a jar or container. Something about corrosion or some other bollocks.

I wouldn't put an opened tin in the fridge. Something about my mother threatening to take a stick to my if she found any more opened tins in her fridge.

That's an interesting combo, GH; I wonder how it would work in a toastie. [I put open tins in the fridge.]

I think the timescales for tin corrosion are longer than the length of time that the tin stays in the fridge.

I was wandering about GH's sandwich suggestion as a toastie too
