Duchess Nov 2015 1:53pm, 1 Nov 2015 6,280 posts	0 Duchess Flat wide tarmac sea front promenade. Almost entirely flat, can be very fast, but very exposed to the weather (although given that its a long lollipop shape, pretty much guarantees a tail wind for half of the course...).

If you are driving to the event, the main car park ( a few minutes jog to the start) can become chaotically busy. Here's a pic, taken from a spot about not that far into the run (you would be running towards the camera). Are you touristing? (In the general, rather than parkrun, sense.)
