Had been thinking of new earphones anyway but my hand has been forced as new phone has no headphone port!

I’ve always run without my hearing aids but wondered are there any reasonably priced which fit with hearing aids? Or would that been bone conduction only?

If so recommendations please!

I wear in ear hearing aids & have been using bone conduction headphones for a few years. Depending on a combination of the weather, where I'm running and time of day I use or don't use the aids but I can use the bone conduction phones in either case.

It's pretty handy using the bone conduction means that there is plenty of awareness of other noises

I use bluetooth

Do you're HA have Bluetooth?

Something like Aftershokz might work for you, but if you have BTE devices might be worth finding a shop where you can try them first for fit

I have the Aftershokz Trekz Air ( I think they call them). They are good for podcasts and most music, but at high volume levels they have can "buzz" or vibrate in an odd way.

How well they work for you will depend on your HL. They essentially bypass the outer ear.

There's a sale on Aftershokz at the moment EP - 30% of Aeropex. I've just got some and really like them.

my deaf boys, cant hear with bone conducting hearing aids (too deaf for that and need all sound to be processed by the aids) they both use blue tooth from their phones directly to their aids, they allow a setting where they can hear external noise plus the blue tooth input. when they use head phones they use ones that sit over the whole of the ear (plus aid) rather than on the ear. This way they have the benefit of the sound processing that the aids can do. of coures this option is not suitable for running alone as they cannot hear external noise

My aids are Phonax and all in ear. I've had aftershokz for about 4 years. No idea of model but no problems in that time
