I wonder if this is the new bit on headphones:-


I don't recall it referencing places like parks, seafronts etc before.

I knew about the new requirements for event medical teams to have any medical details about each runner in advance. It's a bit of a headache.

I can see the logic behind it. But we're all adults, I think the burden should be on us to make our own arrangements for advising medical teams of our conditions when participating in activities like this, for example medical bracelets etc.
