Here is a cousin of the cronut - the cruffin. The near cruffin has raspberry filling, the far one apple and cream (IIRC). The raspberry one was DH's. They are rather delicious.

Same. Cruffin looks nice, heard of Cronuts but not Cruffins. A whole new world!

They tasted like they were yesterday’s doughnuts, so a bit chewy, but still mighty fine :-)
