Biscoff is the same as speculoos isn’t it? I came across speculoos biscuits and spread when we lived in Belgium. They have speculoos spice for sale with the herbs/spices, so you can make your own!

(I'd rather have celeriac than Biscoff in most situations, maybe not on a doughnut both equally inedible)

Agree Gobi. The spice was a useful kitchen staple, used to sprinkle a bit over apples for pie/crumble. Shame they don’t sell it here.

I’ve not had a biscoff/speculoos doughnut before but it sounds nice and I’d give it a try :-)

Yeah, maybe slightly more cinnamon in the Dutch version - they're all about showing off that they used to own the spice islands :lol:
