I have a vague recollection of my colleagues having heard me singing for the first time.

I may have to blank that one out and hope that they do too.

(I wasn't drunk, it's just that someone produced a guitar and a load of song lyrics. I did not attempt to play the guitar, which would have been a 30-year newt.)

Today, I've been doing a lot of reading around a work-related subject I've never read much about before. And started a newt book ... not completely new, because I bought it at a book signing event well over a year ago, but this is the first time I've made a proper effort to read it.

Ness
Ran my long run on a Sunday morning instead of Saturday (Birthday for Mr Ness yesterday so couldn't go out yesterday) Also, as LindsD, without breakfast.

Haven't died yet.... but may keel over if I don't get any food soon. ;):)

I have lots of days of newts to catch up on - if I can think of them all.
Today - ran the route of the first in our Trace Your Royal Routes Trail Race Series for the first time - had predicted from the map it would be 9 miles, it's actually 8 and a half
Yesterday - got a new PB for Sheringham parkrun

Friday - applied online for a trail race permit (have always done a paper/email permit application before)
Thursday - did a newt thing at Riding for the Disabled as I was put in charge of teaching some of the kids how to groom a horse
Wednesday - at dog training class we did some slightly more advanced targeting that I (and Wanda) hadn't done before.
I can't remember what (if anything) my newts were on Tuesday and Monday :-)
