Several newts this afternoon all connected with one training session.

New - or at least different way of putting the warm up drills together
A new session - 6 x 100, 3 of them on the bend.

And 40 minutes of long jump coaching - that 's VERY new AND I've got a new run-up.

Yep. Sprints and conditioning are his speciality but like most athletics coaches he can do the T&F lot to some degree.

And thank you both! :-)

They are similar to my pancakes from earlier in the week (which were more like a delicious scramble, by the end). They have eggs in, Linds, but ground linseeds might work instead.

Newt for me so far today is DOMS from yoga. Turns out crow pose is hard on the inner hammies. I will think of a better one later.

I had a rather unpleasant Newt last night:

I was trapped .... by my hair.

I got a small round hairbrush stuck in my hair. It sort of hurt and I just couldn't unwind it. The unwinding, pulling and eventual small chopping took THREE HOURS if not more. I thinkI better blog this unfortunate incident. My head is very sore this morning.
