I WILL continue to work at the Crow though, Becca. On the 30 days of yoga thread Flatlander pointed out that it is a matter of core strength and balance as much as anything. And confidence I think!

Yes, I think that confidence is the main one. I will have to look up 30 days of yoga. The hot yoga class that I attend uses the same 26 poses, which is a good opportunity to work on them, but I also like the variety of new ones.

The one we did was this year's '30 day Yoga Camp'. I was quite impressed (and I've always been a bit iffy about yoga) Adriene, the online teacher, did an earlier 30 day sequence, called, unsurprisingly '30 days of Yoga.' She is quite lighthearted and I found her (ahem) mantra/catch phrase of 'find what feels good' quite refreshing.
